Players FAQ

1. Once you have played the game Free Weekly Lotto, you are classified a Regular Player. Each week you will normally receive one news letter and any bonus tickets available. You may also occasionally receive special messages.

2. Your are only allowed to play one (1) ticket at each of the Sponsor's web sites each day.

3. All tickets must be received before Wednesday at 5:30PM EST each week. Any tickets played after that will be valid for the following week's drawing that starts every Wednesday 7:30PM EST.

4. Winning numbers used will be those drawn by the Virginia Lottery for the Lotto South game on Wednesday evening. We are in no way affiliated with the Virginia State Lottery. We only use their numbers to ensure fairness in our game.

5. If you are a winner, you will be notified via email or phone. If you are a cash winner of $100 or more you will need to provided us with a Photo of yourself and a completed W-9 if you live in the US prior to payment being sent. You can download this form or we will send it to you. Photos are no longer optional and are required prior to winnings being sent. Photos will be placed in the winners page where winners will be listed by name (first name only) and location. Winners agree to wave all rights to such photos and agrees to let FreeWeeklyLotto.com use the photo for promotional and other uses. Grand prize winners will receive a certified check for a total of $500 within 30 days as long as they claim the prize.

6. All winnings will be paid in U.S. Currency by check drawn on a US bank. Winners from a country other than the United States will be responsible for any exchange fees, cashing fees or other fees. Winners have to claim their prize in 7 days to receive the winning money.

7. The Prizes for this Week are:

3 Numbers Correct - Three Free Tickets
4 Numbers Correct - Four Free Tickets
5 Numbers Correct - $100 Cash
6 Numbers Correct - $5000 Cash!

8. You can only win once per week. If you have more than one winning ticket with a single email address, the ticket with the most correct numbers will be issued the prize.

9. Names and likenesses of winner(s) may be used by Free WeeklyLotto.com and/or it's designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to winner(s).

12. Any attempt by a contestant and/or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site and/or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Free Weekly Lotto.com reserve the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. FreeWeeklyLotto.com may at it's sole digressions void tickets found to be in violation of the posted rules or played fraudently. Incomplete tickets or error tickets can not be changed once played. It is the responsibility of the player to ensure tickets are played properly and according the rules.

13. Nether FreeWeeklyLotto.com nor any of it's principals, employees, successors, assignees, agents, associates, or sponsors shall be libels for any loss, damage, cost, clam or expense, whether preventative, remedial or otherwise, directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to: invalid entry, typographical errors, incompatibility, hardware failure, computer system or software problem, electronic failure, communications failure, natural or other disaster, or any other item, event, action or non-action that is not exclusively and under direct control of said party.

14. Pre-registration (registration prior to the end of the weekly game) is required to be eligible for the game You only need to register once but you can re-register to change or update your information. prior to sending any prizes registration is required so that we know where to send the prize to. Free Weekly Lotto.com is not responsible lost winnings due to incomplete or errored registrations.
