Anyone who joins FreeWeeklyLotto must agree to these rules:

1. You must agree to these rules in order for your prize and/or money to be valid.
   
   
2. You must be 18 years old to sign up and play at FreeWeeklyLotto.com.
   
   
3. Entries for Wednesday drawing are accepted until 5 p.m. (EST). If you choose your lottery numbers after this time, they will be in the next week's drawing.
   
   
4. All free lottery players agree to view one sponsor per free ticket played.
   
   
5. Winning numbers will be available by midnight every Wednesday.
   
   
6. We require all free players to read and understand English. Our sponsorship's are in the English language and that would be unfair to them.
   
   
7. You may sign up for only 1 player account and only 1 webmaster/affiliate account.
   
   
8. Any attempt to cheat and/or defraud FreeWeeklyLotto.com is illegal and will be punishable by law. Don't try it... it's not worth it!
   
   
9. We reserve the right to terminate any account for spam reasons. Persons getting caught spamming will have their account terminated immediately and be liable for any damages or money loss to FreeWeeklyLotto.com
   
   
10. Winning numbers are chosen by the State of Virginia (VirginiaLottery.com, Win For Life) each Wednesday. We are not affiliated with them in any way. Once we are notified of the winning numbers, we will post them and you will receive an email message if you are a winner. Winners must meet a deadline in order for the prize and/or money to be valid.
    
    
11. Grand prize winners will receive a total of $5000 paid in 10 months as long as they claim the prize in a week.
    
    
12. Limit one winning entry per week per player. If a player has multiple winning tickets for a given week, the ticket with the highest payout will be issued.
    
    
13. All winnings (money) are paid in US Currency.
    
    
14. If more than one person holds the winning Grand Prize lottery numbers, the winnings will be divided by the amount of people holding the winning numbers.
    
    
15. Players found to be in violation of FreeWeeklyLotto rules will automatically be disqualified and their winnings forfeited.
    
    
16. FreeWeeklyLotto is not responsible for any invalid entries due to a player's incompatibility with our software or typographic errors on the part of the player. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that their entries are valid and in conformity of the rules.
